Upon arrival, the gold paint on the legs had already rubbed off in places showing a darker color underneath. Same goes for the gold rim around the table. Some of the wood exterior had chipped off showing the unpainted wood color underneath. From afar, this is a beautiful table. Up close, it looks cheap and damaged. The extendable feature is quite cool, at least.
