  • 5.0 out of 5.0     Great furniture but AWFUL delivery sevice. Eileen from  Sparks, MD 8-18-2020 While I had to wait months for the furniture I am very happy. The issue was delivery. The delivery company contacted me to schedule a convenient day. I stated the furniture could NOT be dropped off on the road. Reasons: I would be unable to carry it up my driveway; there are no sidewalks but a rural road. They informed me a small truck would be used. When the driver arrived he told me he could NOT drive up my driveway NOR my neighbors. This was so upsettting because I have trucks delivering oil and furniture with NO problem. The driver took a large box out of the truck and placed it on my driveway. I was unsure what the product was and asked that he open it. When he did, there was a lounge chair. I told the driver I did NOT order a lounge chair. He then told me that he needed help in putting this furniture back into his truck. The day of delivery I had painters at my house - luckly they were able to assist but I had to pay them. Unfortunately, I will never place an order with your company. Eileen
