Seabrook, TX 7-24-2019We originally ordered the fire pit table and Burner Cover on March 7. The Burner Cover arrived in a few days, but the fire pit was three months being delivered. I had called the 888 number four times with no answer and “chatted” finally with Laura on June 4. No response or return phone call.
The fire pit finally showed up without a tank or fire pebbles. The picture in your catalog shows fire pebbles. Nothing in the advertisement said no tank included.
So, on June 12, I ordered fire pebbles. They finally showed up on June 28 but we’re not of sufficient quantity to cover the Burner. Look at the picture on this email from you; does it say that is more than one bag?
So, I ordered more fire pebbles on June 29 and am still waiting.
I can’t rate your company any lower than one star, but I have told some people about my experiences. Hopefully you’ll find a way to respond to a very dissatisfied customer.

First order for pebbles was 207296.
Waiting on second pebble order. Hopefully they’ll be here when the weather turns chilly.
