Grand Rapids, MI 9-27-2020I just order replacement cushions for my outdoor chairs. I’m happy with the cushions once I finally got them. I did not give my review more stars because of Patio Living’s poor customer service. I waited several months to get them which was somewhat understandable during Covid but getting answers from Patio Living was nearly impossible. I tried the chat line several times and got lost in automation. When I finally found a way to get a live voice, they kept telling me they were coming but I never received them. They said to check my account on the website and it just continued to indicate “check back soon.” This went on for several months. I reached out 4 times to try to get information as I was beginning to think I’d never get them. Had I not I initiated these attempts for information, I would have heard nothing.
