We ordered patio umbrellas that we desperately needed for the Spring/Summer season. Online, I was told they would ship within 2 business days. Over a week later, I received an email that the umbrellas would be delayed by weeks because they had to be assembled in their warehouse. I called customer service and explained that this was not acceptable; I wouldn’t have bought them had it not been for the promised near delivery. The rep said he didn’t think he could do anything, did I want to cancel the order. It was getting late in the Spring and I feared not being able to find the quantity we needed anywhere else, so I said hold the order until I know if/where I could get alternatives. The next thing I knew, two days later, I received an email that the umbrellas would be arriving within 3 days. Miraculously, that young man had pulled off a little miracle for us. And we couldn’t be more pleased with the quality, and look and feel of these quality umbrellas!
