There was no major assembly required and we were able to assemble in a reasonable amount of time. Although it’s Apple green, not forest green like our other one, it blends in with our chairs and furniture we had with the broken table. We are thrilled to have our lovely deck arrangement again!

I like the fact that the glass top is fastened to the frame which was not the case in the previous model of the same table that we were replacing. The only issue with the assembly was that two of the screw holes in the glass top did not line up with the brackets on the frame and I had to tap new holes with the screws provided.

Assembly was easy with one hitch; the bottom ring does not have vertical sides, so if you get it upside down, the top supports don't match the diameter of the table top ring. And it's not marked in any discernible way; there should be a removable sticker. No big deal. This item was listed as "in stock" but it took two months to ship? I would order the item again, but from a different vendor.

The only thing that was disappointing was the the length of time we had to wait and they charged my card the date of purchase, not date of shipping. I had a charge on my credit card for a product for about 30 days before they actually shipped the table. When I contacted them about the charge to my card, they notified me the table was “ready to ship”. I gave them four stars because of shipping and billing practices.

I spent three different days on hold, trying to inquire about my shipment (many times delayed due to circumstances of this spring...I get it). Never did I receive a pick-up on my phone call. Once I was even SIXTH in the queue! Two hours later, NOTHING. I doubt that I’d ever use this company again. I’ve also discouraged everyone I know to NOT use them.
