When we ordered the new one, we did not know that it would be made specifically to fulfill our order. That meant that it would take a bit longer to be shipped to us than we expected. Luxe Decor did a beautiful job of communicating with us and giving us updates. When the shipping date was finalized, it turned out that we would be on vacation for the week of the predicted delivery. The customer service department called the shipper to change the shipping date and to make sure there would be no delivery while we were away. Then they called us back to confirm. The actual delivery date was exactly when we wanted it and when we were told when it would be. It is so nice when a company individualizes their service for the customer when the customer request such attention! And the table is just what we wanted!!!

PatioLiving customer service was very helpful in working with the manufacture to solve these problems. Ultimately the table glass was shattered in transit. When I ask Patioliving for a refund they honored my request immediately and I received a full refund within eight days. Great customer service! I will definitely place future orders with PatilLiving without hesitation.

The warranty is excellent and in addition so is the service from the staff at the PatioLiving store. I purchased the table and 2 high back swivel rockers. I already had 6 of the cortland dining chairs. This table allows all 8 chairs to be around the table without feeling like you couldnt raise your arms. wonderful size!!! In addition to the great serivice from the dealer. the quality of the product is great. Warranty is one of the best!! I had a cortland spring chair/ 14 yrs old/it needed some repairs, I was given the needied repairs at no cost. Still under warranty. I know for some the warranty doesnt have a lot of meaning, but in most cases nothing hardly ever needs repair. Keep that in mind when shopping for outdoor furniture. Also cushion replacement is as easy as can be. Pick your fabric, wait for shipment and put in chairs. No going back and forth trying to find cushions that fit and find fabric that looks good.
