Columbus, OH 7-3-2020We ordered in early April - told it was two weeks. They never came. I wrote numerous emails checking on the order but there was no response. Finally we cancelled the order and I asked for the credit card company to refund my account. I let PatioLiving know this as well. No response. In early June, the tops arrived. We have not used them because we had to make other arrangements as they were not here as promised. Totally understand issues with COVID-19, but no responses to multiple emails makes little sense to me.
