We ordered chairs on May 25 but they sent the wrong color cushions so we filed a claim immediately upon arrival. It is now July 13 and we still do not have our replacement cushions. We have been told they are on the way but neither PatioLiving or Woodard seemed to have any sense of urgency whatsoever in responding to our claim so I'm not sure when to expect them.

Although I don't think it is usual, everything arrived in just over ONE week!! The delivery driver was very courteous and helpful and the packing kept all 3 items in perfect condition. The color was a bit different than expected (more toward orange), but it is still a very attractive color, and the best part is that the quality of all Woodard products is FAR above anything else we saw! The cushions are incredibly thick and are almost TOO comfortable (i.e., nap vs yard work), We didn't want to make an "online ordering mistake" so we went to several local patio furniture stores and tried furniture until we found the exact look, quality, and performance we wanted...which turned out to be Woodard), and then ordered it from PatioLiving for approximately $1,800 less than our LEAST expensive quote for exactly the same product from a brick-and-mortor store. Go online to PL and get a quote, then call them and ask if there are any additional discounts available for anything you want to order because we learned that some PL's vendors (like Woodard) will allow them to apply additional discounting; then order while you are on the phone. Great ordering experience.
