Took photographs of shipping box and damaged chairs, sent to Patio Living requesting return w/full refund. ZERO hassle, Patio Living was right on it and we got our refund immediately. Due to extensive damage to shipping container/chairs, Patio Living did not require us to return damaged product so no hassle trying to repackage it (and our local recycle center has metal recycling bin). We have used Patio Living before and had no problem with shipping (30 inch diameter expanded metal bistro dining table). We will definitely consider using Patio Living again for purchasing outdoor furniture.
