The only problem was that two of the small light sockets were broken... on contacting customer support we got absolutely no help just a statement that they were opening a file but nothing happened... the person on the call was a ditz who did not know crap.... We ordered a couple of sockets off of ebay and installed them with no support from the mother ship... The fixture is beautiful and we feel worth the money... however if you spend 1600.00 on a fixture you expect some support after the sale.... Very disappointing .....
