Each one failed first at the top (umbrella punched through). Because the umbrella is so huge I’m not aware of anyone else making a cover for it. So, with this new one my wife is going to sew extra strength reinforcing fabric at the top of this new cover. I’m sure the fabric itself will fail by year 3 or 4.

The cover is quite large and provides good coverage for the umbrella. There are lots of strings on it to help secure the cover however it didn't come with instructions and we couldn't figure how the strings were supposed to work so just wrapped them around the pole and laid the covered umbrella on it's side to store for the winter.
