It was well packed and looks beautiful, just what I wanted. Your delivery tracking system needs improvement! I signed up for alerts but got none. In a call, your person gave me a different tracking number and carrier. I was on hold for two hours with that #, no luck. Online access didn’t show real time coverage. Later a different carrier called to arrange delivery and gave me yet another new tracking number. It was all very confusing.

However, my daughter liked the table so I bought it and I guess my sons-in-law didn't do a good job of putting it together - not your fault.
