The sales rep assured me delivery would only be few weeks, which as it turned out was not the case. It took months. The second issue was that a couple of the cushions had marks on them, which is not what one expects with the brand and price.

Their is a tension metal plate under chair that springs the chair towards the vertical position. On one chair the tension is all gone and if you sit on chair it tilts all the way back. Feels like it wants to fall over. Bought these because of the sturdy build. Need to replace the metal plate in first summer of use. Other chairs are fine so far. Like the chairs otherwise. Would rate chair a five if not for metal problem in design one one of chairs.
