  • 3.0 out of 5.0     Beautiful set, poor workmanship Jennifer from  Milpitas, CA 1-31-2024 These came in one piece; they are heave and beautiful to look at. The top drawer is lined with velvet and the top itself slides to the front to reveal a hidden velvet lined compartment. The only issues I have with the two that I bought was that they looked like they were damaged at the location they were made and a patchwork repair was done and that the inside is rough and sharp so it catches fabrics and snags them when trying to put items away or open and close the doors. One nightstand had a finish chipped off on the top left edge, a good size chunk missing from the lower left of the left side, and a hole that was plugged and stained on the upper left of the left side. This is hidden by the wall, but after spending that much money I didn't expect a dent and scratch piece, that's why I bought new. The other night stand has a broken support in the front that looked like it was glued back together and then finished. Very disappointed with the workmanship and quality the company put out for the price they are asking. Still it is solid wood even if they are broken and glued back. I'm still trying to find out who to report this too, I feel like either a replacement or reimbursement is completely called for.
